During the construction phase of the development, Stream’s property management and engineering team will attend construction meetings and act as an extension of the development and ownership teams. Our primary goal during construction is to add value by actively contributing our expertise during what will most certainly be a phase combined of education, discovery and potential compromise. During this phase, our senior team will participate in all regular meetings and with any ad hoc needs that arise during discovery. Our team is available to participate immediately upon award.
